Chocolate Jedi – Chantilly – Evenings

We’re looking for passionate, friendly, energetic, and dependable people to join our café and shop team! You’ll help customers discover their new favorite chocolate, create beautiful and Instagram-worthy drinks, and make sure everyone who walks through our doors has a warm and memorable experience.

Previous work experience is required, and café or barista experience is preferred.

Hours: Evening shifts, 3:30–7:15 PM
Pay: $15/hour + tip share

There are opportunities for additional hours and weekend shifts during our busy holiday season.

Chocolate Jedi – Reston

We’re looking for passionate, friendly, energetic, and dependable people to join our retail shop team! You’ll help customers discover their new favorite chocolate, pick out the perfect gifts, and make sure everyone who walks through our doors has a warm and memorable experience.

You’ll keep the shop looking beautiful and organized, help pack and ship customer orders, find ways to stay productive during downtime, and be ready to move quickly when things get busy.

Chocolate Crafter – Reston

We’re looking for a Chocolate Crafter to join our Reston chocolate factory team! This is a production role where you’ll help craft our bean-to-bar chocolate from roasting and grinding cacao to molding, wrapping, packing and shipping orders, and everything in between.

You’ll work alongside a small, passionate team in a fast-paced environment where quality, consistency, and attention to detail matter. You must be able to stand for 6-hour shifts and perform repetitive tasks quickly, carefully, and consistently. Everyone pitches in to keep our production space clean and organized. ¡Sí, hablamos español!

Hours: Daytime Weekdays and Saturdays.
Pay: $15/hour + tip share
