Crafted from shavings of our 60% single-origin chocolate, the same mix served in our hot chocolate café.
Made from whole-bean chocolate (not powdered), including the natural cacao butter for a rich, creamy texture. It€™s unfiltered, so you may notice tiny cacao nibs settling at the bottom of your cup.
To prepare, warm the shavings over low heat with ¼ cup of milk until melted. Add more warm milk and whisk to your desired thickness.
Each 12 oz bag makes about 12 cups of decadent hot chocolate, depending on how thick you like it.
