Rum Caramel Dark Chocolate 60% premiered at the Chocolate, Wine and Whiskey Festival in DC in 2018 and was a huge hit! We added the caramel and rum using pure flavor extracts that are cold processed without any colorants, fillers, diluting agents or preservatives.
