Organic Milk Chocolate

Did you know most milk chocolate is over 50% sugar and contains vanilla flavoring that masks the taste of the cacao? As a rule, we never use sugar as the lead ingredient on any of our bars. We invite you to try our version of a traditional milk chocolate, made with fine cacao, fragrant cacao butter, and organic milk. No vanilla, so all the flavor notes come from the cacao bean.
